Fixed

Manually added coffees now get correct tasting notes — AI enrichment searches the roaster's website before asking Claude, instead of relying on general knowledge alone
Bag images for manually added coffees now load correctly after enrichment (http→https upgrade for ATS compliance)
DuckDuckGo product page search now correctly handles protocol-relative and HTML-encoded URLs

V60 recipes at two doses — 15g and 18g recipes generated separately, each with water temperature, bloom, pour timing, total water, brew time, and expected cup character
